Weights for muscle toning

Adding training with weights to your cardio program is potentially the best way to experience the benefit of toning. Weights will help to increase your metabolism, sending fat loss into high gear, as well as helping to improve the shape and appearance of your muscles, so what's left is a nicely toned body. When performing your training with weights, be sure to lift as heavy as possible because this is what will help you derive the most positive benefits.
