Goals act as important motivators for consistent practice and whether you choose to buy your own gym equipment or rely on a local gym, setting both long and short term targets you can clearly evaluate the progress being made. Make sure your personal goals are realistic on the short term but don't forget to look to the future in order to motivate you towards the goal your wishing to achieve.
