Weight training advice

Adding weight training to your current workout is a great way to help you lose body fat. Weight training does burn quite a few calories for each minute you do it, it's just the rest periods where the calorie burn is low. However, weight training will increase the metabolic rate for a long period afterwards, and that is what will really help with body fat loss. Be sure that you definitely do perform some exercises for the leg muscles because since these are the largest muscles, they will burn the most calories while doing them.

Circuit training

By using circuit training as your method to increase the strength of the muscles, you will enhance your calorie burn and therefore, speed the rate of weight loss you see.
