Upper body exercises

If you are looking to improve your upper body strength, it will be critical that you include the chest press, military press, and bent over row as part of your weight lifting program. All of these are terrific compound exercises that will really work your upper body. Additionally, try and perform your upper body workout either two or three times a week to ensure you promote optimal strength gains.
