Back exercise advice

Getting a good back strengthening program going is a very smart idea if you are looking to prevent back pain in the future. Great exercise choices to include on this back program are lateral pull-downs, pull-ups, bent over barbell rows, horizontal rows, and reverse flyes. Also be sure to include some stretching exercise at the end to relax the muscles and increase the range of motion that is seen.

Back squats

The back squat is an exercise that will work all the lower body leg muscles, and translate to a huge gain in strength for you. When performing the back squat, ensure that your back does not take on an overly round appearance because this could really contribute to a lot of pain down the road if performed frequently enough in this manner.
