Fitness First gym review

Who are Fitness First gyms?

Currently the largest operators in Europe, our Fitness First gym review details for you what they offer and their aim to provide the most affordable private membership in the UK!

All Fitness First Gyms have large gym and fitness rooms that also incorporate a CardioTheatre. Equipment levels are excellent with plenty of CV and weight machines available. Free weights are also available at all Fitness First gyms.

As a member you will have an induction where you will discuss your bespoke training programme. You are also able to take advantage of their own personal trainers (but for a fee!). As well as the gym, clubs have sprung aerobics studios with a wide range of classes to suit everyone.

Changing facilities and health suites are in most clubs with steam and sauna. One of the great advantages of having membership is also that members can go to any branch across the UK and now in Europe and Australia and work out for no extra charge.

What's the membership fee for all of this?

When you first join there's a one-off fee There is then a monthly membership fee that depends on your location and the type of membership you have. Check the website and individual sites for the latest fees.
