The gym boasts over 80 cardiovascular and resistance machines, including everything from treadmills, exercise bike and step machines to cross-trainers and rowing machines, and also has a large range of free weights. To keep you entertained while you exercise, there are 10 televisions in the gym, and you can also monitor your own progress with the gym's innovative Technogym system. When you join as a new member, you'll be issued with your own free Technogym key, which keeps track of your exercise progress.

Highly trained staff will devise a custom workout programme for you, and the Technogym System will help you stick to it, by setting your resistance levels for you on the machines, keeping track of your heart rate, and helping your trainers to keep an eye on how you're progressing, so they can suggest changes to your fitness programme as they are needed.
